On 29 October 2021, Moldova published Decree No. 203 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the ratification of the pending protocol to the 2011 social security agreement with Estonia. The protocol, signed 2 December 2020, is the first to amend the agreement and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
