Moldova has published Decree No. 1210 of 4 December 2023 in the Official Gazette, which authorizes the negotiation of an income tax treaty with Liechtenstein. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
