The Moldovan government reportedly approved the draft law for the ratification of the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA) on 26 January 2022. The MCAA provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Moldova intends to exchange information under CRS from September 2023.
