The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) has issued FAQs on Advance Pricing Arrangement (APA) Treatment Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, dated 16 June 2020. The guidance provided in the FAQs will be updated from time to time based on current developments and circumstances relating to COVID-19 impacts and issues.

The FAQs are as follows, which include references to the 2012 APA Guidelines.
