As confirmed earlier in the year, Luxembourg's value added tax rates are set to increase from 1 January 2015. The standard VAT rate will increase from 15% to 17%, while the reduced rates of 12% and 6% will be increased to 14% and 8% respectively. Luxembourg's lowest rate of 3% will remain unchanged, but will no longer apply for work done on housing for third parties.
