Executive Declaratory Act 3/11 - DA 3/11 (Ato Declaratório Executivo RFB 3/11), published in the Official Gazette of 28 March 2011 and effective as from that date, excluded the 1929 Luxembourg Holding Company Regime from the list of privileged tax regimes contained in Normative Ruling 1,037.
