The Lithuanian parliament (Seimas) is considering a proposal for an increase in the lottery and gambling tax from 20% to 22%. The proposal is an alternative to an earlier proposal to expand the scope of the tax base for the lottery and gambling tax. With the tax rate increase, the tax base would remain unchanged.
