According to a release from Lithuania's Ministry of Finance, officials from Lithuania and Vietnam met on 12 June 2025 and signed a letter of intent on the signing of an income tax treaty. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
