Officials from Liechtenstein and the U.S. met on 22 October 2024 to discuss bilateral cooperation, including Liechtenstein's interest in signing an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
