Law 12,814 (Law 12,814/2013) resulting from the conversion into law of Provisional Measure 594/2012, published in the Official Gazette of 17 May 2013 and effective as of that date, increased to BRL 78 million (previously, BRL 48 million) the gross revenue limit for opting to assess corporate income tax under the presumed profit regime.
