PageroLatvia mandates e-invoicing with amendments to the Accounting Law published

On 12 November 2024, the amendments to the Accounting Law were promulgated, confirming the introduction of the electronic invoicing obligation in the country.
The timelines remain the same as previously reported, i.e.:
- 1 January 2025 - B2G e-invoicing will be mandatory for resident companies in Latvia to the listed state budget entities and G2G and G2B invoices from budget entities.
