Kenya's National Treasury has issued a public notice requesting comments on a proposed income tax treaty with Belgium. The treaty, which has not been signed, would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force. Comments on the treaty are due by 11 September 2023.
