Jersey has published the Finance (2017 Budget) (Jersey) Law 2017 as enacted on 21 April 2017. The law includes the budget measures approved by the States Assembly in December 2016 ({News-2016-12-20/A/5- previous coverage}), including the introduction of unilateral double taxation relief and the alignment of the information return deadline with the corporate tax return deadline (31 December).
