Irish Revenue has recently issued several eBriefs on updates to various tax and duty manuals and other guidance considering amendments introduced by the Finance Act 2021 (Act No. 45 of 2021), which generally entered into force on 1 January 2022, as well as an update to the tax and duty manual on non-residents and tax credits considering amendments for the withdrawal of the UK from the EU.
