According to recent reports, Greece has begun negotiations for new income tax treaties with Singapore and the UK. Any resulting treaty with Singapore would be the first of its kind between the two countries and any resulting treaty with the UK would replace the 1953 tax treaty between the two countries. The treaties must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
