France published the Finance Act for 2020 in the Official Gazette on 29 December 2019 following its constitutional review. The Act was approved by parliament on 19 December ({News-2019-12-27/A/3-previous coverage}). In its review decision, also published 29 December, the Constitutional Court did not find any important measures of the Finance Act to be non-compliant.
