The e-invoicing requirements were supposed to enter into force on 1 January 2022, but Bizkaia (one of the Provincial Councils) already postponed the requirements until 2024.

 

The other two provinces, Gipuzkoa and Álava, have postponed the deadlines for some months. It will still be a gradual roll-out of mandatory TicketBAI implementation for different taxpayers.
