The European Commission has announced the publication on 1 July 2019 of the non-confidential version of its decision to open an in-depth State aid investigation into the tax treatment of Nike in the Netherlands, including whether tax rulings granted to Nike have given the company an unfair advantage, in violation of State aid rules.
