The Ecuador Internal Revenue Service issued Resolution NAC DGERCGC15-052 on 28 January 2015, and it was published in the Official Registry 3 February. The resolution amends the country's list of jurisdiction considered to be tax havens, which includes over 80 jurisdictions.
