PageroEU Council grants derogation to Poland – e-invoicing obligation becomes effective as of January 2024

Based on the decision of the EU Council, the countrywide e-invoicing mandate will enter into force on 1 January 2024.
Until then, business operators in Poland will be able to continue using the KSeF platform voluntarily.
