Colombia's Constitutional Court has issued a decision finding that the temporary reduction in the mandatory pension contributions in response to COVID-19 is unconstitutional. The reduction from 16% to 3% was provided as part of a package of relief measures in April 2020 and applied for contributions due in May and June 2020 in respect of April and May.
