The People's Bank of China has published Order No. 3 of 2024 on Measures for the Management of Beneficial Owner Information, which was jointly issued with the State Administration for Market Regulation. The Order introduces new requirements for the filing of beneficial owner information by the following, referred to as "filing entities":
