The Isle of Man government has published a competent authority agreement signed with Bermuda on the exchange of CbC reports. The agreement was signed by the Isle of Man on 14 May 2020 and by Bermuda on 28 August 2020 and provides for the non-reciprocal automatic exchange of CbC reports received by Bermuda with respect to fiscal years of MNE Groups commencing on or after 1 January 2019.
