On 14 June 2012, the Council of Minsters published the main assumptions and implications of the Budget for 2013. The Budget is based on the assumed GDP growth of 2.9% and is a part of the four years' programme for 2012-2015, which was announced by the Prime Minister on 18 November 2011.
