Brazil has published Resolution No. 153 of 25 March 2020 in the Official Gazette. The resolution provides for an extension of the deadline for filing tax returns in respect of 2019 for taxpayers under the Simples Nacional regime until 30 June 2020. The extension is provided in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
