Brazil's Provisional Measure 810/2017 (PM 810) was converted into Law 13.674/2018, which was published on 12 June 2018. PM 810 amends the tax incentive for IT companies investing in R&D ({News-2018-03-28/A/6-previous coverage}). The law entered into force the day it was published.
