The Government of Bermuda has announced the Corporate Income Tax Agency Act 2024, which was tabled in the House of Assembly on 12 July 2024. The Agency will administer Bermuda's new 15% corporate income tax that will generally apply from 1 January 2025 for taxpayers in Bermuda that fall within the scope of the Pillar 2 global minimum tax (GloBE) rules.
