Belgium's Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance has issued a release announcing that from 12 July 2021, all requests for VAT registration, modifications, and deregistration must be made electronically. However, taxable persons without the necessary IT resources to connect may still submit a request for exemption in order to use a paper form.
