The Bahamas Ministry of Finance has issued guidance on Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) with Japan under the 2011 tax information exchange agreement between the two countries. The guidance covers the scope of MAP, who can request MAP, how to initiate MAP, the processing of MAPs, and the implementation of agreements.
