According to a release from the Andorran government, officials from Andorra and Italy met on 13 July 2021 and agreed to start negotiations for the signing of an income tax treaty once the Italian presidency of the G20 ends. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
