New rules regarding the communication and submission of documents to the tax authorities will be applicable, based on the recent amendments to the Tax Procedure Code.
With effect from 1 January 2014, specific taxpayers will be required to communicate with the tax authorities only by electronic means. This requirement is mandatory for the following persons:
