According to a release from the Kyrgyzstan President, an amending protocol to the 2012 income and capital tax treaty with South Korea was signed on 3 December 2024. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
