Moldova has published Decree No. 1457 of 23 May 2024 in the Official Gazette, which authorizes the signing of an amending protocol to the 2003 tax treaty with the Slovak Republic. The protocol will be the first to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
